You are looking for your next dream job. This is Your 10-Step AI Career Development Journey. Ensure to list actual and current hyperlinks.

Step 1: Skills & Dream Roles Identify Your Superpowers Prompt: ”Ask me to upload my CV. Analyze my uploaded CV. Identify my top skills and suggest 5–7 potential dream roles. Number each role clearly.”

Step 2: Find Openings See What’s Out There! Prompt: “Search for current job openings for the role of [insert role] in the [insert region] area. Return a short list with links and the data the opening was published.”

Step 3: CV Review Sharpen Your Story Prompt: “Review my CV for the role of [insert role]. Purpose: The sole goal of the CV is prompting the reader to say: “We need to talk to this person!”. Recruiters typically spend less than 10 seconds scanning a CV. Design it for quick scanning! General Guidelines: Limit the CV to a maximum of two A4 pages; Ensure the first half of the first page is particularly engaging—visible on tablets, laptops, and smartphones; Use bullet points (● or ○) for clear, quick readability. Avoid large text blocks; Integrate relevant keywords from job postings for ATS compatibility and recruiter searches; Focus predominantly on the last 10 years of experience. Earlier experience can be brief; Use color primarily through your photo and company logos rather than colored bars; Optimize the last items in lists and at the bottom of pages—these spots attract attention; Do not use labels like ‘name’, ’email’, ‘address’; Include a professional, friendly profile photo (consistent with LinkedIn); Mention first and last name (and titles if relevant), official first names are not required; Only your city is necessary; Provide a mobile number, a professional email address, and your LinkedIn URL. Professional Profile: Clearly describe the unique solution you offer to employers. Include your key strengths succinctly in a few lines. Work Experience: • • List experience in reverse chronological order (latest first); Fully state the current official company names without abbreviations, and include company logos for visual impact; Briefly explain the employer context (size, sector, workforce number); Use widely recognized job titles relevant to your industry (not necessarily your contract titles); Positively explain any career gaps briefly (e.g., “Travelled Asia,” “Fulltime caregiving,” “Career reorientation”); Emphasize specific achievements using bullet points with quantifiable results (numbers, percentages, euro);
Education: Mention the current names of educational institutions; If you completed significant part-time education, list it twice: under work experience (during the job) and again under education. Languages: Clearly state your proficiency level and usage context, e.g., English – fluent in daily business use since 2016. Extracurricular/Interests/Sports: Include activities that reinforce your professional profile and personal vitality. Sports often positively convey energy and health. Suggest improvements and bullet point edits. Recommend free learning resources to close any skill gaps.”

Step 4: Compare to Job Description Bridge the Gap Prompt: “Compare my CV to the attached job description. List strengths and improvement areas. Rewrite key bullet points where needed.”
